Grants and Awards > General Application Guidelines
The new application process for grants and awards at the Provincial Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health at CHEO includes both documents that are submitted electronically and documents that are submitted by mail. Those documents that are to be submitted electronically must be uploaded into the online Application Form. All required documents mailed or submitted online must be received by the Centre prior to the application deadline. Incomplete and/or late applications will not be reviewed. Read this thoroughly before beginning an online Application Form. For all grants and awards, electronic documents will include:

Where applicable, applicants can provide electronic copies of other required documents by scanning and saving them as word documents and then uploading them with the online application. Details on specific documentation required for the application can be found in the Application Instructions for each grant or award type. Getting Started Have your information ready BEFORE filling in an online Application Form Before you click the “Apply Online” button, you MUST have all required information gathered and prepared so that it can be quickly inputted or uploaded. Once the application has been successfully submitted, you will receive a Receipt of Application and reference number. Print this receipt for your files. NOTE: If you do not receive this receipt, your application has not been successfully submitted. |
